How do you deliver your furniture?
Careful shipping of any piece is of the upmost importance and a worthy investment.
UK buyers are welcome to collect their purchase personally from our storage facility in Lancashire’s stunning Ribble Valley (BB7) or to send their courier to do so on their behalf.
In the event of the winning bidder requesting our delivery service we are happy to organise shipping any piece to any UK address on behalf of the buyer with all shipping costs to be borne by the buyer.
Please note. The courier costs are set by our couriers and not us, we will ensure all pieces are covered in a protective cling film enveloping your purchase for the duration of the shipping to the designated address.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery costs £180.00 for a sofa and £90.00 for a chair. For delivery to the vast majority of UK mainland address. For obvious reasons deliveries to the extremities of the UK (Scottish highlands for example) a 15% addition on costs on each item.
All shipping costs involve a one man service and being the case the buyer must agree to provide any assistance that the courier might need to unload/install any piece at the delivery address if required. We are happy to provide a two man service but unfortunately that will incur the normal delivery charge to double.
What are your returns policy?
In the unlikely event the buyer wishes to return the purchase, please contact us at your earliest convenience or within 7 days and we will organise for the piece to be returned for a full refund of the purchase price and delivery costs.
In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for the costs of shipping the piece back to the Ribble Valley and understandably any refund will only be issued once the piece is received back at our storage facility. In this case we insist that all pieces are returned in the same condition in which they were originally sold.
Do you give refunds?
We offer a no quibble money back guarantee. Please note the buyer pays for return carriage.
